In business; time is of the essence, planning is critical and effective information management is vital.
Whether a project manager or an active project team member, access to the latest up to date information is essential.
However, something just accessing this project information can be unnecessarily complicated.

The project timing plans, which dictates the project tasks and activities to be carried out are often made with expensive proprietary Project Management Software. This software, due to costs, is not always available to all team members leaving them either without access to the project plan or working from an uncontrolled paper copy.
Another common problem faced by large project teams is accessing the results and comments generate by other team members as they carry out their activities. Of course the data exists and has been saved to the correct project folder, but accessing someone else’s filing system is never that simple.

To combat these two problems as well as the more generic issue of making large complex topics, such as project timing plan, easy to follow, clear and well structured; we have created two business versions of our timeline software.

TestPlanTracker– A tool for managing complex test plans, primarily, but not exclusively within automotive.

Both these versions will import a project-timing plan from Project management software such as MS Project, expand the plan with our unique multi-layering technology.
