Commercial & Business
In business, time is short, planning is imperative, and information management is vital.
You want access to information of course, but what you need and when you need it will change on a daily or sometimes hourly bases.

Traditional timing plans satisfy this need for information by showing everything all the time.
This is OK, but inevitably leads to plans which is either limited to just a summary overview or which are overly complicated making it different to navigate and where critical events are along side normal everyday events.

Timeline Studio’s time planning and time logging software creates plans in a style you are familiar with but with an edge – selective display of information.

The example below as a case study from the world of automotive engineering.
In order to ensure that the new cars you see in the showroom is safe and reliable and have passed all legal tests, manufacturers build a number of prototype vehicles and put them through many different and varied engineering tests.
The case study below shows just such an example with 7 prototype vehicles tested over 11months.

Use the Views drop down list to navigate the timing plan.
The ‘Home’ view is the whole timing plan; a summary of which department has which vehicle, when.
Views 1 – 7 are vehicle plans, showing details of each vehicle and the tests it will be subjected to.
The 3 following views are by department, detailing when for example, the electrical department will have access to a test vehicle.
