Import from Excel or CSV
This exciting new feature allows you to turn an Excel spreadsheet or a CSV file into a Timeline.

The import feature allows you to match the cell context of columns within your spreadsheet and import that data directly into specified fields within the Timeline software. A new timeline 'Event' will be created for each row in the spreadsheet. 

To allow large data sheets to be imported into the Timeline software the database size has been increased to 5000 events.

The coupling of the new database size with the 'Advanced Search' feature makes the Timeline software idea for time-based data analysis.

Views
A new features for the display, allowing the results of numerous different interrogations of the database to be saved.

For example, if a Timeline database held details of Kings and Queens of England between the years 100 to 2007, it is now possible to create a 'Saved view' of much smaller subsets of that data, e.g:

• Norman Kings,
• Saxon Kings,
• periods of time 1066-1100,
• Queens
